How your card stays active

Your card is valid for 12 months from purchase

Your card stays active when you have both a valid expiration date AND courses remaining. If you run out of courses, your card becomes inactive—even if you're still within the 12-month period.

As a Flow Forever member, you're invited to all our Choreo Drop events for free. These celebrate brand new choreographies—the first time we officially dance them together.

Who is eligible for the free private class? +

Early Flow Forever members who purchased before December 8, 2025 get a completely free private class. Members who purchase on or after this date can still book private classes at an exclusive 70% discount — just 995 SEK instead of the regular 3,500 SEK.

Why did the free private class benefit change? +

As Flow & Glow has grown, we've needed to adjust how we manage private classes to ensure we can continue delivering the amazing experience you deserve. Coordinating free private classes for our wonderful community became challenging for our small team to handle alongside our regular schedule. By updating this benefit for new members (starting December 8, 2025), we can better manage logistics while still offering incredible value — a 70% discount means private classes are just 995 SEK instead of 3,500 SEK. If you purchased before this date, your free private class is absolutely still yours to enjoy!

How far in advance should I book my free class? +

Please send your request at least four weeks in advance. Once we've received your form, we'll get back to you within 5 days with available dates and confirmation.

What happens when my Flow Forever card expires? +

If your card expires before you've booked your free class (for eligible members), the perk also expires. Your card is valid for 12 months from purchase.

What happens if I run out of courses before my card expires? +

Your card becomes inactive once all courses are used, even if you're still within the 12-month validity period.

Can I book a class during my card's validity even if I plan to take it later? +

Yes, as long as your card is active when you book, you can schedule your free class for a future date (within 12 months of purchase).

Can I choose my Glower and location? +

Yes, in your request form, you can note your preferred Glower and location (City or Enskede). We'll do our best to match you based on studio and schedule availability.

Terms & Conditions

The free private class is only available to Flow Forever members who purchased their cards before December 8, 2025.
You must have an active Flow Forever card at the time of booking.
Your free class is valid once per eligible card during the 12-month validity period.
A minimum of 6 Flowers (you + 5) is required for the class to take place.
Date, Glower and studio are subject to availability.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
