Once you've booked all 6 included courses, we'll email you a personal code. Use it to book as many additional classes as you want at 995 SEK each — as long as your membership is active.
The code only works while your membership is active, so you're always covered.

How to cancel your membership
Your membership is managed through the Peach app. To cancel, you have two options:

Once you cancel through Peach, your membership will not renew on your next renewal date. Make sure to cancel before that date if you don't want to be charged.
FAQ
What happens to unused courses in the Flow Forever membership?
This is the best part! They roll over automatically to your next membership year. You never lose a single course as long as your membership is active. No more stress about expiration dates or "using them up" before the year is over. As long as you renew for another year, your unused courses stay with you.
Is the price really locked?
Yes. The annual price you join at is your price for life, as long as you remain an active member. Even if we raise prices for new members in the future, your price stays exactly the same. Please note: If you choose to cancel your membership and decide to join again later, the current market price at that time will apply.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. You can cancel whenever you want before your next annual payment date, with no notice period. You manage this easily through the Peach app. See the Good to Know section for download links and more details.
What happens to my courses if I cancel?
If you choose to end your membership, your remaining courses stay valid for 12–24 months (depending on the specific offer you signed up with). Please note: After this period expires, any remaining courses will be voided and can no longer be used or reactivated. We recommend using your courses within this window so you don't lose them.
What happened to the old Flow Forever card? (And can I still use mine?)
The one-time purchase Flow Forever card has been replaced by this Flow Forever Membership. We made this change to create a more seamless experience where your courses never expire and your price is locked in. If you still have an old Flow Forever card with classes left, don't worry – it still works exactly as before until your courses are finished. Once your card is empty, you are welcome to join the new membership!
Can I share my membership or courses with a friend?
No, all memberships are strictly personal. Your access, member-only pricing, and courses cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else.
Where can I use my courses?
Your courses are valid for all Flow & Glow courses in Stockholm (currently Enskede, Vasastan, Östermalm) organised by Flow & Glow AB. If a specific course or time slot is retired, your access remains valid for any other available course of equivalent value.
