Steps to book your free class:
Gather your Flower Squad
Minimum 5 friends + you (6 people in total).
Choose location & Glower
Select your preferred location (Stockholm City or Enskede) and Glower. We will do our best to match!
Pick a date
Your class can be booked on:
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Booking request must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

In your email, include:
Your name
Preferred location (City or Enskede)
Preferred Glower (optional)
2–3 date suggestions
Terms & Conditions
You must have an active Flow Forever loyalty card at the time of booking.
Free class valid once per active membership year.
Minimum 5 friends + you.
Final date & Glower subject to availability.
Cannot be combined with other offers.

Q: Can my friends be new to Flow & Glow?
Yes! This is the perfect way to invite them into the community.
Q: What happens if I can’t gather 5 friends?
Unfortunately, the class requires minimum 5 friends. You can reschedule if needed.
Q: Can I book more than one free class?
No. This perk is valid once per year.
