Flow & Glow ® is Sweden's only mirror-free dance concept. High-energy, music-driven dance classes that help you feel strong, joyful, and free. Every class is designed to connect you to your body — not as something to fix, but something to celebrate.
Flow & Glow® mainly offers 6-week dance courses. Same group. Same room. Same empowering music. One hour a week that's entirely yours.
An hour where you can literally be yourself. Where nobody is asking you to get it right, nobody is watching you in a mirror, nobody is measuring you. Just a space to release whatever you walked in with — and leave a little lighter. In here, a bad day has a way of turning into a better one. And either way, you're welcome. This isn't choreography you have to perform. It's choreography that gets to be yours.
