Flow & Glow ® is Sweden's only mirror-free dance concept. High-energy, music-driven dance classes that help you feel strong, joyful, and free. Every class is designed to connect you to your body not as something to fix, but something to celebrate.

Flow & Glow® mainly offers 6-week dance courses. Same group. Same room. Same empowering music. One hour a week that's entirely yours.

An hour where you can literally be yourself. Where nobody is asking you to get it right, nobody is watching you in a mirror, nobody is measuring you. Just a space to release whatever you walked in with and leave a little lighter. In here, a bad day has a way of turning into a better one. And either way, you're welcome. This isn't choreography you have to perform. It's choreography that gets to be yours.
