Terms and Conditions Flow & Glow AB

Payment: Payment for booking a Flow & Glow course or training must be made using a selected payment method at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable: All bookings for Flow & Glow courses or trainings are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of personal circumstances or unforeseen events.

Cancellation: Only exceptional circumstances are eligible for cancellation. A valid doctor's certificate for injury or long-term sickness must be provided. Without a certificate, cancellations are not permitted.

Schedule Changes: Flow & Glow AB reserves the right to make changes to the course or training schedule, including timings, dates, or teaching Glower, and will inform promptly.

Participants Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their health and must disclose any pre-existing conditions or injuries to ensure safe participation in the Flow & Glow course or training. Consultation with a medical professional is encouraged.

Liability: Flow & Glow AB and the teaching Glowers are not liable for injuries or damages during classes. Participants voluntarily assume the inherent risks of physical activities.

Agreement: By making a booking and submitting payment, participant agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, constituting a binding agreement
