What Flow & Glow is
Flow & Glow is a place to move and feel — not to perform. There are no mirrors, no expectation and no “right way” to dance. We dance together in the same room, but you always get to stay in your own space and move in your own way.
What kind of class am I taking?
We offer a few different concepts all led by certified Glowers and rooted in the same empowering vibe:
Flow & Glow Dance
Our original. High-energy, choreographed movement that’s sweaty, fun and freeing.
Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice)
Silent disco meets dance. Headphones on, world off.
Flow & Glow Choreo Lab
You’re the first to dance brand-new choreos before they’re released to the wider community.
How do the courses work?
All our classes are booked as 6-week courses— one session per week with the same group. Why? Because connection and confidence grow over time. It’s your space to return to, week by week.
What if I miss a class?
You can request a make-up class during the same course round, if there’s space. Click here to fill out the form.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All bookings are binding and non-refundable. If you have a valid medical reason (e.g. doctor’s note), reach out and we’ll help you rebook.

Can I use a discount code after booking?
No, codes must be added at checkout and can’t be applied retroactively. But if it’s within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Are all classes in English?
We use English to be as inclusive as possible, so everyone feels welcome, no matter their background. But our Glowers always adapt to the group. If everyone speaks Swedish, we teach in Swedish. Simple as that 💖
