What is Flow & Glow Dance?
Flow & Glow Dance offers dynamic group workout classes that combine dance and high-intensity movements in a supportive and mirror-free environment, promoting self-love and confidence.

 

What is Flow & Glow PoV?
PoV, or Power of Voice, brings an extra layer to our Flow & Glow classes. Using Silent Disco headphones, we create an intimate, immersive experience that lets you connect deeply with the music and yourself

 

Who can join Flow & Glow classes?
Our classes are designed for anyone passionate about feeling empowered through dance, regardless of experience level. We welcome beginners to advanced dancers looking to sweat, smile, and shine!

 

Where are Flow & Glow classes held?
We offer classes at several location in Stockholm and also in Härjedalen. Check our Flow & Glow Dance and Flow & Glow PoV classes for schedule and upcoming courses. 


Can I try Flow & Glow for free before committing to a course?
Yes, we offer trial classes before the start of each course. It's a fantastic opportunity to experience our dynamic dance workouts firsthand and see if Flow & Glow is right for you. Check out upcoming trial classes here. 

 

What should I wear to a Flow & Glow class?
Wear comfortable workout attire and supportive sneakers. Don't forget your water bottle and a positive attitude!

 

Are there any age restrictions for participants?
Our classes are suitable for Flowers above age 14. Contact us for specific inquiries or accommodations.


Booking and Registration

How do I book a Flow & Glow Dance course?
Visit our booking page. Select your preferred course, date, and time, then proceed with payment through our secure HubSpot payment system.

 

Can I book multiple courses at once?
Yes! You can book multiple courses in a single transaction. Simply select each course and complete the checkout process.
If you want to book a course at two different locations you need one booking per location. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit card and other secure online payment methods supported by HubSpot.

 

Is there a cancellation policy for bookings?
All payments are non-refundable once made. Cancellations are only permitted in exceptional circumstances with a valid doctor's certificate. 

 

Can I transfer my booking to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person. Contact us at empowerment@flowandglowdance.com with the new Flowers details at least 24 hours before the course starts.
