Flow Forever

The one-time purchase Flow Forever card has been replaced by the Flow Forever Membership. We made this change to create a more seamless experience where your courses never expire and your price is locked in for as long as you stay an active member.

These are still available! They work as pre-paid course cards where you buy a set of 2 (Starter) or 3 (Power) courses upfront. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These cards are a great option if you want a lower price per course than buying them individually, but prefer a one-time payment over a rolling membership.

They roll over automatically to the next membership year. You never lose a single course as long as your membership is active. This is the best part – no more stress about expiration dates or "using them up" before the year is over. As long as you renew for another year, your unused courses stay with you.

Yes. The annual price you join at is your price for life, as long as you remain an active member. Even if we raise prices for new members in the future, your price stays the same. Please note that if you choose to cancel your membership and decide to join again later, the current market price at that time will apply.

Yes, anytime. You can cancel whenever you want before your next payment is due, with no notice period.

If you choose to end your membership, your remaining courses stay valid for 12–24 months (depending on the specific offer you signed up with). Please note that after this period expires, any remaining courses will be voided and can no longer be used or reactivated. We recommend using your courses within this window to make sure you don't lose them.

Your courses are valid for all Flow & Glow courses in Stockholm (currently Enskede, Vasastan and Östermalm) organised by Flow & Glow AB.

All bookings and memberships are non-refundable. In case of injury or long-term illness, a cancellation can be reviewed if a valid doctor's certificate is provided. For full details on our policies, please see our terms below.

No, all memberships and loyalty packages are strictly personal. Your access, member-only pricing, and courses cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else.

No worries! You can use your remaining courses exactly as before. When your card is empty, you can simply choose if you want to join the new Membership or buy a new Flow Starter/Power card.
