Join at 6,414 SEK/year. That's just 1,069 SEK per course (normally 1,495 SEK). Your price for life. Even if we raise prices for new members down the road, yours stays the same. You're part of the community that made Flow & Glow what it is.

What happened to the old Flow Forever card?
The one-time purchase Flow Forever card has been replaced by the Flow Forever Membership. We made this change to create a more seamless experience where your courses never expire and your price is locked in for as long as you stay an active member.
What about Flow Starter and Flow Power?
Flow Power is still available and will continue to be offered. Flow Starter has been discontinued. Flow Power is a pre-paid course card where you buy 3 courses upfront and they're valid for 6 months from purchase. It's a great option if you want a lower price per course than buying individually, but prefer a one-time payment over a rolling membership.
What happens to unused courses?
They roll over automatically to the next membership year. You never lose a single course as long as your membership is active. This is the best part – no more stress about expiration dates. As long as you renew for another year, your unused courses stay with you.
Is the price really locked?
Yes. The annual price you join at is your price for life, as long as you remain an active member. Even if we raise prices for new members in the future, your price stays the same. Please note that if you choose to cancel your membership and decide to join again later, the current market price at that time will apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. You can cancel whenever you want before your next payment is due, with no notice period.
What happens if I cancel?
If you choose to end your membership, your remaining courses stay valid for 6 months. Please note that after this period expires, any remaining courses will be voided. We recommend using your courses within this window.
Where are the classes?
Your courses are valid for all Flow & Glow AB courses in Stockholm: Enskede, Vasastan, Ekerö, and Nynäshamn.
Are bookings refundable?
All bookings and memberships are non-refundable. In case of injury or long-term illness, a cancellation can be reviewed if a valid doctor's certificate is provided. For full details, see our terms.
Can I share my membership?
No, all memberships are strictly personal. Your access, member pricing, and courses cannot be shared or transferred.
I still have an old Flow Forever card. Can I use it?
Yes! You can use your remaining courses exactly as before. When your card is empty, you can simply choose if you want to join the new Membership or buy a Flow Power card.
