How it works

Buy your card

Pick your package (2, 3, or 6 courses) and checkout. Your card activates right away and you'll get a confirmation email.

Browse schedules

Check our booking page for upcoming courses at all locations. New schedules drop twice a year. Forever holders get 48h early access.

Book when ready

Found a course that fits? Reserve your spot and one course deducts from your balance. Repeat until used or expired.

Note: Reserve your spot before the card expires, but courses can start later.

Common questions

When does my card expire? +

Your card expires when you use all courses OR when the time limit runs out (whichever comes first). Starter/Power cards valid 6 months. Forever cards valid 12 months.

Do I have to book all courses at once? +

No! Book one at a time or all at once - whatever works for you. Just use them before your card expires.

What is priority booking? +

Flow Forever holders get 48 hours early access to new schedules before public booking opens. This means you get first pick of the most popular courses.

Can I use my card at any location? +

Cards are valid for courses organised by Flow & Glow AB at the following locations: Enskede, Östermalm, Vasastan and Universitetet.

What if I can't use all my courses? +

Unused courses cannot be refunded or transferred. Make sure to choose a card that matches your dance schedule and book your courses before the card expires.

Can I upgrade my card? +

Yes! Email us at empowerment@flowandglowdance.com and we'll help you upgrade. You'll pay the difference and get all new benefits immediately.
