Our Story

Flow & Glow is a Swedish female-founded dance workour concept and proudly led by our founder, Marica Nordqvist.

Marica has danced her whole life, but for years, she struggled with self-doubt, low confidence, and the pressure to be “perfect.” Dance became her escape—a way to process emotions, build strength, and rediscover her spark.

Her dream wasn’t just to dance but to create a space where others could experience that same freedom. In 2023, Marica took a leap of faith. She left her job to pursue her dream, pouring her heart into Flow & Glow.

The first choreography she ever created, to the song Fight Song, tells her story. A story of resilience, courage, and choosing herself. What started as her personal journey has become a movement that empowers hundreds of women to reconnect with themselves.

Marica says, “Flow & Glow isn’t about getting the steps right. It’s about how you feel when you move. It’s about discovering your inner strength and letting your energy shine.”
