This is Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice) a high-energy dance workout where you follow empowering, track-by-track choreography that’s made to make you sweat, smile and feel amazing.
You’ll be guided by one of our Glowers, who leads every step through wireless headphones so you hear the music and instructions clearly, while moving in your own world, at your own pace.
It’s fun. It’s energising. It’s for every body.
And it’s all happening in the beautiful gardens of Vinterviken.
