Double Guldhjärtat Final for Flow & Glow

The Swedish-founded dance concept that has taken Stockholm and Härjedalen by storm is once again being recognized in the health and wellness industry’s most prestigious award Guldhjärtat with two finalist spots.

Founder and CEO Marica Nordqvist for role model of the year and Glower Linda Boström for Group training instructor of the year.

Flow & Glow has become known for its mirror-free dance classes that focus on confidence, joy and community over performance. A concept that continues to inspire both participants and the industry.

The final takes place on 14 November at Nacka Strandsmässan.

We’re back at Allt för Hälsan – Flow & Glow invites visitors to dance without mirrors, pressure or performance

Last year’s crowd favourite is back at Allt för Hälsan! 7–9 November, Flow & Glow® returns to Stockholmsmässan with a larger booth, more daily classes and a special Flow & Glow Dance session in the studio on Sunday. The Swedish-founded concept invites visitors to dance without mirrors, pressure or performance – and to rediscover the joy of movement through music and presence.

During the fair, visitors can experience Flow & Glow PoV (Power of Voice) – Sweden’s only headphone-based dance class. With music playing directly in the ears and a Glower guiding every step through wireless headphones, participants are encouraged to let go, move freely and reconnect with their bodies.

Rosa Skrot + Flow & Glow = A perfect match

Flow & Glow’s powerful dance classes will be part of the weekly schedule at Rosa Skrot, Stockholm’s iconic women’s gym on Södermalm.

The collaboration is built on a shared vision: creating empowering, safe and joy-filled training environments where performance is replaced with movement, confidence and self-love.

Flow & Glow has quickly become one of Stockholm’s most talked-about dance concepts, known for its uplifting music, empowering choreography, and community of Flowers (participants) and Glowers (instructors). Now the experience expands to Rosa Skrot, giving even more people the chance to dance, sweat, smile and reconnect with their inner strength.

Classes start September 30 and will be led by Glower Ariadna Ferrer.
