FAQ

What is Flow & Glow?

Flow & Glow is a unique dance workout concept that focuses on empowerment, self-love, and confidence. It combines choreographed dance movements with powerful, recognisable music to create a transformative experience for participants.

What is the role of a Glower in Flow & Glow?

A Glower is not just a dance instructor but also a catalyst for empowerment, self-love, and confidence in the lives of participants, known as Flowers. Glowers lead dance movements, create an empowering atmosphere, and guide Flowers through a journey of self-expression.

Becoming a certified Glower comes with numerous benefits, including:

  • Potential income opportunities through teaching Flow & Glow classes
  • Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced trainers
  • Access to exclusive resources, including choreography materials and marketing tools
  • The opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through dance

How can I become a certified Glower?

To become a certified Glower, you need to attend the initial training called "Connect Your Glow." During this two-day intensive training, you'll learn the Flow & Glow philosophy, choreography, cueing techniques, and teaching skills. After completing the training, you can choose between video submission or trainer assessment to become a certified Glower. To apply for the Flow & Glow Dance Initial Training, simply fill out the online application form on our website

What does the certification process entail?

The certification process involves showcasing your understanding of Flow & Glow by presenting a choreography during the Glow showcase at the initial training. After that, you have the option to either submit a video of a full Flow & Glow class or undergo a trainer assessment (master trainer attending your class). Both methods assess your ability to deliver an exceptional dance workout experience.

How do I maintain my certification?

To maintain your certification, you need to keep up with the release license fee and attend at least two out of three release workshops per year. You will receive three releases with fresh new music and choreography per year.

What if I need to take a break from teaching Flow & Glow classes?

Glowers can pause their license for up to six months without incurring extra charges. If a longer break is needed, they can re-enroll in the initial training. Additionally, Glowers have the option to cancel their license with a one-month notice.

What happens after I submit my application?

After you submit your application, our team will review it carefully and reach out to you with further instructions. If your application is accepted, you'll receive information about the next steps in the process, including payment details and training schedule.

Can I teach Flow & Glow classes at my local gym or studio after certification?

Yes, certified Glowers are authorised to teach Flow & Glow classes at any chosen location, including gyms, studios, community centers, and more. However, it's important to coordinate with gym management and Flow & Glow AB to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and program guidelines.

Do I need to have a dance background to attend the Connect your Glow initial training?

No, a dance background is not required to participate in the initial training. While prior dance experience can be beneficial, it's not necessary. However, having a basic understanding of rhythm and being able to find the count of 8 in a song is helpful for learning choreography and cueing techniques effectively. The training is designed to accommodate individuals from various backgrounds and skill levels, providing comprehensive instruction on Flow & Glow philosophy, choreography, cueing, and teaching skills.
