How can I pay?
Booking is simple through Peach. You can pay with Swish, card, or Klarna—flexible and secure!
How long are the courses?
Most courses run for 6 weeks, with 45-minute sessions each week. Always check the course description for exact details.
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring yourself, comfy clothes, workout shoes, and a water bottle. Most important: bring your energy and openness!
Can I use friskvårdsbidrag?
Yes! Receipts are available via the Peach app and can be submitted to your employer.

Do you offer drop-in spots?
No, to maintain a safe and consistent vibe, we don’t offer drop-ins. But you can attend a trial class!

Are the courses suitable for beginners?
Yes! All levels are welcome—whether you're a first-timer or have danced before.
What if I’ve never danced before?
No worries! Flow & Glow is all about how it feels, not how it looks. You’ll be guided step by step in a non-judgmental space.

Why are there no mirrors?
We actively choose spaces with no mirrors—or we cover or turn away from them. At Flow & Glow, our focus is never on how you look, but always on how you feel. This is your time to tune in, let go of judgment, and connect with yourself through movement.
Why are the classes in English?
We use English in our communication to be as inclusive as possible and welcome participants from all backgrounds. However, the classes can be held in both English and Swedish depending on the group. Our goal is to make everyone feel seen and understood, regardless of language.

💸 Discount Policy

I forgot to use my discount code—can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.
Can I combine multiple discounts?
Only one discount code per order unless otherwise noted.
Do discounts expire?
Yes! Always check the expiry date before use.
What if I see a discount after paying full price?
If it's within 24 hours of your purchase, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help!

Are bookings refundable?
All bookings are non-refundable unless a valid medical reason is provided.
What happens if the schedule changes?
We’ll notify you in advance and offer rescheduling or a refund if a class is canceled permanently.
